Desserts will be shipped Monday-Wednesday to assure that your desserts arrive to you before Sunday.
Delivery will take place 1-3 business days after shipping, depending on your local postal carrier.
processing
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a separate email with tracking information once your order ships.
lost/stolen packages
If your tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your package, you can contact USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however every package is insured and you may file a claim with USPS.
return & refund policy
due to the nature of our products, WE cannot ACCEPT any RETURNS for any reason. Please note all products are non refundable or available for exchanges or credits. All sales are final.
Please double check your address before placing order. Returned or incorrect deliveries do not qualify for a refund.
Confirmed orders are not eligible for a refund. All orders are currently prepared by one person and are baked the day of shipping.

Bam’s Best Bites is not an allergen-free bakery, therefore we cannot guarantee that cross contamination does not occur. Trace amounts of allergens may be present despite our best efforts. We work with nearly all of the major allergens including wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts.
